We provide design, engineering, and consulting services as described on our website and as agreed in writing for each engagement.

Project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in a Statement of Work or similar written agreement. Any changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project.

We retain rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components developed over the course of our work.

Third-party tools, libraries, and services integrated into a project remain subject to their respective licenses.

Payment terms are specified in the project SOW. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance paid according to milestones or upon completion.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of ongoing services.

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose project details, business information, or proprietary data to third parties without consent.

We may use general, non-identifying project descriptions in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

We provide services on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Upon termination, we deliver any completed work and associated files in exchange for payment due.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
